At approximately 8:10 am on the morning of november 15, 2002, deaustin duckett, a 20 year-old african-american male, was found shot to death in a plum- colored sedan in the parking behind 508 ne graham. Deaustin duckett was reported to have been involved in the sales of illicit drugs. He was last seen in the afternoon of november 13. Witnesses reported seeing two african-american men walking away from the parking lot after the vehicle was seen parked at approximately 7 pm on wednesday, november 13.
