On monday, october 26, 1998, at approximately 7:20 a.M., as peggy lynn howard exited her condominium with her 6 year old daughter; she was shot two times in the complex parking lot. The victim’s daughter observed the entire incident. Witnesses heard the gunshots and observed a young hispanic male run from the crime scene and out of the parking lot. The hispanic male suspect then entered the front passenger’s seat of a black two door vehicle and fled the area. The brandy creek condominium complex is a gated complex located at the 3900 block of tanglewilde in west houston, texas. Peggy howard was transported to ben taub hospital and pronounced dead. There is no current information leading to the identification of the hispanic male suspect responsible for this murder.Agency
