On tuesday, 9-19-06, at 2:05 a.M., two of mr. Robert west friends were waiting for him in a parked vehicle in the 11100 block of w. Langlade street. As mr. West exited his residence the suspect suddenly ran towards him and fired shots in his direction. The two friends exited the vehicle and rushed in the direction of the gunfire. Upon there arrival they found mr. West behind the residence shot to death.Agency
