On 05/24/2020 at approximately 9:06pm, columbus police officers were dispatched to the area 1939 maryland ave on a man with a gun. Officers arrived and found a male laying in the backyard suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim would not speak to the officers about what happened. The victim, 26yr old andrew kelley was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. On may 24th, 2020, at 11:55pm, mr kelley succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.Agency
