On january 28, 1982, 30-year-old javier magdalemo was found fatally shot in the chest while sitting at the kitchen table in his apartment, located at 206 west central avenue, apt. 11, in eagle lake. Javier had recently moved into the apartment with two roommates. The roommates disappeared immediately after the murder.
