The victim and his friends were driving near 22nd and blake street after leaving a downtown nightclub when they were confronted by the occupants in another vehicle. During the verbal altercation, an unknown suspect(s) fired shots in the direction of the victim. Immediately after the shooting, the suspect vehicle fled from the scene. The victim was struck by the gunfire and subsequently transported to a local hospital where he unfortunately died as a result of his injuries.
