Description: Dwi 4Th Degree; A Deputy Responded To A Crash Where A Vehicle Was In The Wetland. Other People Were Around The Vehicle. The Driver Was Located In A Fetal Position Near The Car And Appeared Impaired. He Was Uncooperative. A Warrant For Blood Was Obtained, And He Was Brought To The Hospital. At The Hospital, The Suspect Groped A Nurse. He Will Be Charged Via Citation Due To Needing Medical Care.
