On wednesday, november 20, 2002, at approximately 3:30 p.M., denver police officers responded to falcon park, located at maxwell place and atchinson way, on a report of a large gathering of individuals fighting, and subsequently a shooting as well. Upon their arrival, the officers located two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to denver health medical center where xavier walker was pronounced deceased as a result of a gunshot wound to the chest. The second victim survived.Agency
