Shortly after midnight on september 28, 1977, denver police officers were alerted by a citizen to an injured person near the intersection of 19th and market streets. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33 year old jack jones lying in the street bleeding. Investigation revealed mr. Jack jones had been stabbed to death. Jack jones was a member of the navajo tribe.
