On the evening of february 8, 1981, members of the denver fire department responded to the xv logan apartments, located on north logan street, on a report of a structure fire. After the fire was extinguished, emergency crews located newborn leroy perez, along with two other victims, deceased inside of the apartment. Leroy was only 9 days old at the time of his death. During the investigation, the fire was classified as arson. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.Agency
