This victim was found in the roadway at 1384 jefferson street at 3:50 a.M. The victim had been shot and stabbed. It was very obvious to detectives that the victim had struggled with the suspect before she was shot and stabbed. Evidence has been collected that could lead to the identity of the suspect if information comes forward.
