On the morning of may 21, 1981 officers of the denver police department responded to the 2600 block of welton street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, it was discovered that 53 year old calvin castlebarry sustained a serious gun shot wound to his torso. Mr. Castlebarry was immediately transported to a local hospital, but died as a result of his injuries.
