On september 18th, 2004, at approximately 1:53 am, deputies responded to the area of north pine hills road in reference to a reported vehicle accident. Deputies located the vehicle with the victim inside suffering from an apparent shooting wound. Witnesses indicated an unknown large, 4-door sedan pulled along side the victim’s vehicle at which time one of the passengers started firing rounds toward the victim prior to him crashing into a telephone pole. The victim died from a shooting wound.Agency
