On april 24th, 1988, deputies arrived at the exaclibur apartments, located at 4718 south rio grande avenue, orlando, florida, after being called there by the victim's friend. The victim's friend came home and found the victim lying within the front door of the apartment suffering from an apparent shooting wound. He was pronounced deceaed on the scene by orange county fire rescue.Agency
