On the afternoon of june 9th, 1995 members of the denver police department were called to the area of east 20th avenue and clarkson street on a report of an adult male needing medical assistance. Upon arrival officers located 48 year old benton briscoe and immediately transported him to a local hospital. During the investigation it was reported that mr. Briscoe was attacked by unknown suspects in an apparent robbery. Ten days later after being admitted to the hospital, mr. Briscoe died. The suspect(s) responsible for the beating death of mr. Briscoe have yet to be identified anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.Agency
