On december 19, 1999, police responded to the 600 block of clover crest road, 21030 for a call to check on a subject. There were reports that earlier that morning someone heard screaming and then a loud bang from the victim's apartment. Police made entry into the apartment and discovered 35-year-old rodney bryan deceased inside. Bryan had sustained several gunshot wounds to his upper body.Agency
