Around 4:00pm on 08/18/2004, Kelly was last seen on the back porch of her residence located in the 200 block of North Machias Road. The next day, her remains were found in the Pilchuck River behind her home. Kelly owned a dump truck business called Extreme Rock and drove her own truck.
