On september 16th, 2020 at 0018 hours, the nevada highway patrol received multiple 911 calls reporting a two-car accident on I-15 southbound at flamingo. Nhp arrived on scene and discovered kamiah bird deceased in the driver’s seat of her 2016 nissan versa. Investigators determined that kamiah was driving on the off ramp when she was shot through the front driver’s window. After being shot she swerved her car left and drove across the dirt median onto the southbound travel lanes.Agency
