On december 3, 2017, at approximately 2:39 a.M., columbus police officers were called to the photo shop lounge located at 1420 e. 5th avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, later identified as 28yr old dominic davon williams, inside the lounge suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses stated that a brief altercation occurred inside the lounge just before the shooting occurred. Cfd medic 8 responded to the scene and transported mr. Williams to grant medical center where he underwent emergency treatment, however at 7:44 a.M. Mr. Williams succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending physicians.Agency
