On august 27, 2019, at 6:54pm, patrol officers responded to the area of mt. Vernon ave. And n. 17th ave. On a personal injury accident involving a vehicle and building/structure. Upon arrival, officers were able to determine that the driver of the vehicle, 27yr old william hill iii was suffering from a gunshot wound. Cfd medic #8 transported the victim to a local area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, and was pronounced deceased at 8:05pm.Agency
