On thursday, december 31, 2015, at approximately 12:04 pm, officers were dispatched to 1812 bucher street to check on the well-being of a resident. Officers arrived and eventually found two deceased victims, 51yr old rodney peel and 53yr old nelson peel inside of the residence. The investigation continues.
