On october 1, 1991, the body of kevin hood was found on the side of a road near lake arlington. He had apparently been robbed, and his vehicle had been stolen. It was later determined that he had been shot in the head. His vehicle was later found at a service station near the intersection of john t. White road and e. Loop 820.
