On june 23, 2003 during a disturbance at jamies rhythm club at 800 north 360, terrick rutherford was shot multiple times in his vehicle, leaving the club. The suspect vehicle was described as a mid 1990’s light gray camaro. It was later determined that rutherford died from multiple gunshot wounds.Agency
