Update: december 2020 - ralph williams, 36, and tyjuan williams, 32, who are both in jail on unrelated charges, are charged with second-degree murder, while their half-brother, jamaine brown, 37, is charged with kidnapping and accessory after the fact to murder. The arrests were announced by sheriff rick wells during a press conference at the manatee county sheriff’s office district 3 office at 10 a.M. Monday, december 21, 2020.
