On may 15, 1989, theodoro javinar was found unresponsive on the walkway fronting his apartment, located at 1015 north school street. Javinar was transported to the hospital, where he later died. It was initially believed that javinar was injured from a fall, but investigation revealed that he had been assaulted. Javinar was reported to frequent the downtown honolulu and north school street areas.Agency
