Around 4:33 p.M. On january 2, 1977, 45-year-old willie lee robinson was found dead in the front seat of his 1967 blue buick skylark, on the south side of lakeland hills blvd. And I-4 near lake crago, in lakeland. The keys to his car were found in his pocket. He had been shot several times in the head. He was a janitor at the lakeland police department.
