On july 31, 2020 at about 12:40 am officers dispersed a large group loitering in the area of clinton ave and mazda ter. About 10 minutes after dispersing the group a call came in for a person shot at the end of ok ter. Upon arrival officers observed a large group containing many of the same people they just dispersed from clinton ave. In that group was 21-year old zahr butler, who had just been shot. Zahr was pronounced dead at the scene. There are people that were present for the shooting who know who fired the gunshots that killed zahr.Agency
