On 02/03/95 at the fletcher bypass canal, tampa, fl the victim was discovered murdered. Victim was last seen alive on 01/23/95 at approximately 8 p.M. On 02/03/95 the victim was found deceased face-down in mud on the side of a canal below a highway bridge. The body recovery site is approximately 10 miles from the victim's residence. Victim had been dead several days. Victim's van was recovered on 02/04/95 in a shopping center parking lot approximately 1 mile from her residence. The van was properly parked and locked with no keys found. Victim's purse and the jewelry she was wearing have not been located.Agency
