Preliminary investigation revealed that on december 29th 2005 at approximately 7:09pm an unidentified male subject was shot as he was attempting to exit a dark in colored sports car that had stopped at th eintersection of se cr-25 and se cr-35. There were several witnesses although the victim nor any suspects have been identified at this time. The victim was flown to shands medical center in gainesville at which time he was pronounced deceased. Case is pending further investigation.Agency
