On 11/01/1991, the skeletal remains of robert mullins were found by hunters, along a private farm lane off of state route 56, west of state route 159, southeast of circleville. The remains were positively identified as robert mullins on december 13, 2022. Mullins had been reported missing between november 1988 and april 1989.
