On monday, may 16, 2022, at 2:39am, columbus police officers were called to the west bound lanes of state route 104 at haul rd. On a report of a motor vehicle accident. On arrival, officers found a vehicle which had struck the barrier in the median. A short distance from the wrecked vehicle officers located the decedent, 33-year-old brandon joiner, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Franklin township engine 192 responded and pronounced joiner deceased at 2:53am.Agency
