The richmond police department is asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect and vehicle of interest in connection to a homicide that occurred last week. At approximately 7:46 p.M. On wednesday, september 16, officers responded to the 1900 block of redd street for the report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they located marquis bushnell, a male in his 30s, suffering from a gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
