At approximately 12:43 am the police responded to 1129 e. Fayette street, formerly ebony club, where they discovered two people had been shot. The wounds to one victim were relatively minor, however those suffered by orlando flagg were not survivable. The incident occurred inside the crowded bar during the course of a large disturbance.Agency
