At 7:29 p.M. On Saturday April 13, 2019, victim Daniel Stueart was shot and killed by an unidentified suspect in a large transient encampment in the 10000 block of Steele St. S. In Tacoma. Witnesses reported hearing a gunshot followed by the sound of an unidentified suspect running away from the scene.
