Description: A Report Of An Assault That Had Just Occurred. Upon Deputies Arrival It Was Discovered That Two Males Had Been Involved In An Altercation While Inside A Moving Vehicle And Again Outside Of The Vehicle. During The Course Of The Investigation One Of The Involved Parties Declined To Pursue Assault Charges Against The Other, The Offender Was Intoxicated. Deputies Placed The Offender Into Custody And Transported Them To The Jail Without Incident.

Debra was last seen at mountain bell plaza at 10:00pm on july 9, 1984. She was going to walk or hitchhike to montgomery street but never arrived. She has not been seen or heard from since. She has a burn scar on her left calf, a scar on her nose, freckles and pierced ears and was last seen wearing a black tube-top with white fishnet over it, long blue corduroy pants and blue tennis shoes.
