On Saturday June 24th, 2006 just after 6:00 a.M., A fire occurred at the Castellan West Apartments, located in the 2600 block of 70th Ave. W. In the City of University Place. Inside one of the apartments, investigators found the body of Beverley Ann Steward-Hill. Beverley Ann Steward-Hill was a white female, 20 years old, with brown hair and blue eyes. She lived at the apartment complex with her dog Zeus, who also died in the fire. The cause of the fire and the victim’s death are undetermined, and investigators are treating the case as suspicious. Detectives are looking for any information on the cause of the fire and/or the victim’s death.
