On june 28, 1997, at 11:16 p.M., baltimore county police responded to 7006 rudisill court, 21244 in reference to a call for shots fired. Officers located 25-year-old carlos lamont thomas to the rear of the location. Thomas had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body. Thomas was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
