On september 26, 1993 at approximately 4:05 a.M., forty-seven year old joanne shuey valentine was found deceased in her driveway located in the 500 block of broadwater road, arnold, maryland. Investigation revealed mrs. Valentine had just left her place of employment, club rumblefish located at 7954 baltimore annapolis, boulevard, glen burnie, maryland and had arrived at her residence. It was at this time she received trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.Agency
