On january 28, 2018 at approximately 12:54 p.M., people riding horses in the area of bugling bull rd. And cold creek rd. Discovered a deceased male in the desert. The male was later identified as 25 year old michael hadley. The investigation initiated by the lvmpd homicide section indicates hadley was homeless and known to frequent the area of charleston blvd. And bruce st. Detectives have not identified a suspect or motive in this homicide.Agency
