At approximately 2:30 am on march 6, 1987, a woman in the area of the 3700 block of se 32nd avenue discovered her boyfriend, daniel ruiz, a 37-year-old hispanic man, deceased in his apartment. Autopsy results revealed that mr. Ruiz had died from blunt force trauma. Daniel ruiz was reported to have been a regular user of heroin. Mr. Ruiz was last seen by his friends late in the evening of march 4 at his apartment.Agency
