On january 31, 2020 at 10:42 in the morning officers responded to the area of 101 avenue e for the report of a man shot. Upon arrival officers found 38-year old rashad snowden and another male shot. Snowden was rushed to the hospital was he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The 2nd male survived his injuries. Investigators believe snowden was killed as the result of a feud over drug turf.Agency
