On august 29. 1997, 55 year old mario castellano-dominguez along with three others, were in their home located on the 2700 block of hooker street when four male suspects entered wearing masks. The suspects, armed with a firearm, demanded money and ransacked the home. The suspects fired several rounds, mario was struck by two of them and died at the scene.
