On the evening of april 16, 1994 roger frost was sitting in his living room with his girlfriend. At approximately 10:50 p.M., the victim stood up and walked toward the front living room window. One gunshot was heard and the victim fell to the floor. Witnesses in the area reported seeing two young males, one described as a black male juvenile, the other as a young juvenile or young adult, both running from the area of the front of the house. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
