Hikers located the skeletal remains of the victim in a small cave in a sandstone rock formation. The entrance had been partially covered with smaller stones. The remains and clothing were recovered. Upon examination it was determined that the victim had been murdered with a single gunshot wound to the back of the head. The victim is believed to have been dead anywhere from 3 months to a year prior to being found. The victim was also in the process of having a root canal done when he was murdered. An artist's rendition of the victim's clothing is also attached below.Agency
