Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in last week’s homicide in the 2100 block of third avenue as naquan fuller, 31, of richmond. At approximately 11:03 a.M., december 2, officers were called to the 2100 block of third avenue for the report of shots fired. Officers arrived and found fuller outside suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
