T approximately 7:37 p.M. On january 31, 2004, an unidentified african-american man shot and killed winston moton on the sidewalk of northwest couch street in between 5th and 6th avenues. Mr. Moton, a 29-year-old man, had been talking with several other men when one of the men pulled out a handgun, shooting and killing mr. Moton. The suspect is described as an african american male, 25 to 40 years of age, medium to stocky build with a short afro wearing a dark coat.Agency
