Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 46yr old reynard reed, lying on the sidewalk in front of a residence suffering from a gunshot wound. Patrol officers rendered aid to the victim, who was later transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 5:37pm.Agency
