On november 10 Th, 1982, at about 2:15 pm, yuma police officers were dispatched To the el rancho motel, 2201 south 4th avenue reference a possible deceased Person. Upon arrival, officers found carrier in a bed in one of the rooms with his Hands tied behind his back. He was the victim of homicide by asphyxiation. His Vehicle had been taken and was recovered in las vegas on 11/13/1982.
