Richmond police department detectives have identified the victim in the homicide on maury street on tuesday as tegene birke, 56, of richmond. At approximately 12:55 p.M., officers were called to the 3400 block of maury street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male down and unresponsive in a parking lot. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.Agency
