On friday, april 9, 1999, henrico police responded to drybridge court for an unresponsive male lying beside the road. Officers responded and located the victim who was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim, identified as noah lamont muse, was transported to the medical examiner's office for further examination. The medical examiner determined the victim's cause of death to be a gunshot wound.Agency
